Description
Pleasant Surroundings
Eighteen holes open to the public for daily play. Two creeks feed into lakes on each nine. Four holes are affected by water on each nine. There are many mature trees dating back to before construction, when the landscape was farmland bordering Oshkosh. Hundreds of trees have been added in the almost forty years since the course was constructed.
Longer Holes
The length and difficulty of many holes on each nine were modified beginning five years ago as part of a continuing course improvement program. Mainly championship tee-offs are affected, but occasionally regular tees will be longer, depending on placement. Several Red/Forward tees were moved closer to the green in 2005.
Skill Level Appropriate Tees
Permanent Green & Yellow tees for golfers as young as age six. New Orange tees for beginner adults. Family Fun, without the frustration of taking so long to get to the hole.
