Volunteer Registration Now Open for 2018 Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic

Tournament Names Prevea Health as Official Healthcare and Volunteer Sponsor

ournament officials today launched volunteer registration for the second staging of the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic, set for July 3-8 at Thornberry Creek at Oneida. Members of the public can apply to volunteer for a variety of tournament committees including marshals, walking scorers, standard bearers and others by visiting www.ThornberryCreekLPGAClassic.com.

"The Greater Green Bay community has embraced this event and we look forward to providing another first-class experience for our volunteers and spectators," said Kelly McAnally, Tournament Director. "This event would not be possible without the efforts of over 600 volunteers and we anticipate those volunteer spots to fill very quickly."

In conjunction with the launch of volunteer registration, Prevea Health has signed a two-year extension as the Official Healthcare and Volunteer Sponsor of the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic. Prevea Health will activate on-site during tournament week and serve as host of the Volunteer Appreciation Party.

"At Prevea, we are committed to going above and beyond our clinic walls to serve our communities and share our knowledge and passion for health and wellness," said Dr. Ashok Rai, President and CEO at Prevea Health. "It is an honor to be able to do as the official health care and volunteer sponsor of the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic."

Volunteers pay a $55 registration fee that includes a tournament polo, hat, meals during their shifts, volunteer credential, volunteer preferred parking pass and four (4) weekly grounds badges for friends and family. Those who work at least 18 hours are also eligible for a round of golf at Thornberry Creek at Oneida.
