Golf Course Information
Erin Hills rests on a 652-acre site in the small town of Erin, thirty-five miles northwest of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Regarded by enthusiasts as one of the best natural sites for a golf course in the United States, Erin Hills received the unprecedented honor of being awarded a future USGA championship - the 2008 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links - before the course was ever seeded. At the start of the 2008 golf season Erin Hills was awarded the 2011 U.S. Amateur championship. Erin Hills received the ultimate compliment on June 16, 2010 in being awarded the 2017 United States Open Championship, won by Brooks Koepka.
Inspired by the classic Scottish and Irish courses that were once built by horse-drawn plows, Erin Hills is environmentally friendly, with very minimal land development aside from the course itself, and takes into account the majestic contours of the land that were naturally shaped by the glaciers thousands of years before. Evidence to this was the designers removing as little dirt as possible, with the green sites remaining virtually untouched. Professional caddies are available to enhance your experience at Erin Hills.

Putting Green - The Drumlin Putting Course
The Drumlin After Dark
A Creative Addition to Erin Hills Where No Two Putts Will Be the Same
It’s 9 at night at Erin Hills. Your four-ball has been on the move since 10 that morning. Driving. Playing. Dining. Opining. You have two choices:
1. The easy choice: head to bed.
2. The fun choice: play the Drumlin putting course and head to bed with bragging rights and phones full of memories.
The Drumlin putting course at Erin Hills will act as a highly-visible centerpiece to a championship venue in the evening. Not simply because of its location (in full view of those dining, staying and playing), but because of the installation of custom, low-profile lighting that will illuminate the one-of-a-kind putting surface under the Wisconsin night sky.
Its primary purpose: fun.
In August 2019, Erin Hills revealed the Drumlin — where no two putts will break the same. It’s where scores will be settled, and competitive juices can continue to flow — just as the drinks will — long after sunset.
