Description
The Veterans Golf Course is a non-profit course whose primary purpose is to provide a golf facility for Veterans receiving care at the Tomah VA. Funds generated from public play and donations provide the means to operate and maintain the course. For over 10 years, the golf course is not maintained by the VA Medical Center. In order to keep the golf course available for hospitalized Veterans to use, the facility relies on public support.
The Veterans Golf Course pro shop is operated by VA volunteers.
The Veterans Golf Course is a family-friendly course, featuring nine-holes and a par-36 layout. There is a pro shop, a pavilion with picnic tables, snacks and drinks for sale, and restrooms.
